200 Pounds Beauty

Yesterday night, i went to watch <200> with my friend. Well, it's a good movie, i like the 拍摄手法. Very creative and funny.

The story line is very simple:

Hanna is an amazing singer who is the lip-sync vocalist for pop-singer Ammy. In fact she could easily take the music world with her voice, but there is one small problem: She weighs 200 pounds. Hanna is madly in love with Ammy's talent agent, a man named Sang-jun.



In order to win his heart, Hanna went on extreme plastic surgery to completely change her body and become a gorgeous and talented woman.



The first part of the movie provide lots of laughs but towards the end of the movie, it was incredibly heart wrenching. *sob sob*


Besides a great storyline, the songs in the OST is also worth listening to. I like the song 'Maria' and 'Beautiful Girl'. Heard that 'Maria' has been charted #1 in Korea. Not sure if the actress who played Hanna really sang the song, but if she did, she is a damn talented singer.

Well, if you are looking for a romance comedy that will also make you cry like a baby, then go for <200>. Remember to bring tissue paper......
