九孔鲍鱼

不久前, 大姐的家婆从台湾拿来了个奇怪的东西请我们吃.


外壳怪怪的, 有点恶心. 好像长满了青苔般.


反过来看, 数了数, 刚好有九个孔. 难道....这就是台湾综艺节目常提到的九孔?



Yeah, 这就是了! 原来九孔是种鲍鱼, 而且盛产在台湾沿海一带. 刚好碰到了九孔鲍鱼的旺季, 大姐的家婆就带回来请我们饱尝一顿.


味道不错, 咬劲比平时吃到的鲍鱼还好. 非常的特别. 虽然是空运回来的, 但吃不出有什么不同的地方. 贪吃的Laluna还一连吃了两个!!

Well, 有机会的话, 下次我要亲自到台湾吃新鲜的九孔鲍鱼!! Anata, 听到了吗??
